About the Position

The People & Culture Manager position at Surikat is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys both day-to-day execution and strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with our people managers and leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent while building P&C foundations that scale with the business.

Key responsibilities:

Talent acquisition

Own end-to-end recruitment for current and future hiring needs, in tight collaboration with hiring managers
Build scalable hiring and onboarding processes and improve candidate experience
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Coordinate and manage external recruitment partners and agencies

People & Culture

Partner with leadership to shape and execute a people strategy aligned with business goals
Champion company values and foster a high performance culture
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters
Support career development and learning initiatives

People Operations & Compliance

Manage core People processes (onboarding, offboarding, policies, contracts)
Design and manage feedback loops, employee surveys, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

Who You Are:

To thrive in this role, we believe you have relevant P&C/HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar) as well as a strong background in recruitment. You’re a pragmatic and self-motivated person with a strong desire to make a positive impact. Since this role is fairly diverse, you should be comfortable switching focus between tasks while maintaining a structured way of working. This position involves a lot of contact and collaboration with candidates, colleagues, external partners, and senior stakeholders, why we believe you are a strong people person with excellent communication skills.

A background within IT/SaaS/Tech industry is meriting but not a hard requirement. If you have previous experience from supporting other high-growth companies, that’s an added bonus.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
