About the Position
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that customer requirements are understood, analysed, and translated into configurations of our standard product. You’ll join our Implementation Team, currently consisting of a Head of Implementation, two Implementation Managers, and a Technical Project Manager, and work closely with our Engineering department.
Your role will be central in ensuring that both internal and client requirements are identified, clearly defined, and successfully delivered.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as a bridge between our clients' operational needs and our product capabilities
Analyse, document, and translate business requirements into product-aligned specifications
Map business processes and identify how they can best be supported by existing product features
Draft user stories, process flows, and documentation to support configuration and implementation
Work closely with project managers and developers to clarify requirements and ensure feasible solutions
Support testing and validation to confirm that deliverables meet both customer expectations and product standards
Provide clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Who You Are:
We believe you are a structured and curious problem-solver who understands the value of working with standardised, scalable solutions. You are not only analytical and detail-oriented, but also capable of seeing the bigger picture – making decisions that support both individual customer success and long-term product sustainability.
You thrive in collaborative settings, but are also comfortable working independently and driving your own tasks forward. You have experience working in SaaS or product-oriented environments, and thrive in a technical environment.
You have experience working as a business analyst or in a similar role in a product-focused organisation. As a person you have strong analytical skills and an ability to translate business requirements into product-aligned documentation. You also have excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
Experience in the transport or logistics industry is considered a strong advantage.
